This policy explains what PDJ Residential collects when you join our buyers list, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit one of our forms (buyer, seller, or referral partner), you give us your name and contact details, plus what you tell us in the form: for buyers, where you buy, your price and property criteria, and how you pay; for sellers, your property address, its condition, occupancy, your timeline, and your selling preferences; for referral partners, your company, what you do, and where you work. You may also add notes.

How we use it

We use your information to match buyers with deals, to review sellers' properties and follow up with options, to work with referral partners, and to contact you about these by call, text, or email. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who can see it

Your submission is seen by PDJ Residential and the team members who work with the buyers list. Submissions are stored in spreadsheets on Google's services, which we control, and Google processes them on our behalf. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Calls, texts, and email

By checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about your request by call, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us. Agreeing to be contacted is not required to buy or sell anything.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you are on our buyers list. You can ask us to update or delete it at any time using the contact details below.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or storage method is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
